Hi I’m Lindsey and during both my pregnancies found regular exercise helped me feel confident in my changing body and made it easier to bounce back after each birth.
That’s why now I help expectant mothers develop a lasting exercise routine they love and that will carry them through motherhood.

Your commitment
My role is to guide you in creating a safe and sustainable exercise routine that will serve you well throughout your journey into motherhood. Over the next 6 weeks I will transform your fitness journey from a struggle to a sustainable habit that you look forward to - but, I can’t do it for you. You have to do the work. My job is to coach, motivate, encourage and support you, and to make it FUN. Your job is to show up and do the work.
